Shut That !@#%^)*& "Finish Setting Up Windows Screen" Off!

From time to time, after updating Windows, you see a screen that says "Finish Setting Up Windows."  And it is pervasive.  Well, it took some digging, but follow the instructions below to Shut That !@#%^)*& "Finish Setting Up Windows Screen" Off!

The instructions that follow are for Windows 11.  Windows 10 would be very similar.

First, click the Start Button.  Type "Notifications" in the search box.  Then click the Notifications & and actions settings app.

Next, we open into the Notifications app, and scroll way down to the bottom.  Check off the "suggestions on how I can set up  my device."

Next time you reboot, no setup harassment.  I must warn you, however, that future Windows Updates might it turn it back on.  So Rinse & Repeat As Needed.
