A More Detailed Look At Windows 11 Start Menu.
 

In redesigning the Start Menu, Microsoft has borrowed from SmartPhones and the Chrome OS in the redesign.  By now, we are all quite used to scrolling through pages of app icons.  That the Power Button is now isolated and will prevent the accidental reboots. 

Clicking the All apps Button displays the complete of installed list to scroll up and down same as Windows 7, 8.1, and 10.

Navigating the Start Menu is easier than ever because the New Start Menu is in my opinion better thought out.
